Plan #2 - Preferred On-Site Auction Service:
The Auctioneer or a representative from our firm will make an appointment that will fit into of our mutual schedules to take an overview of what you want to have auctioned.
Providing you decide to go ahead with an auction, we then make a detailed inventory of the merchandize. This list will be used for the purposes of determining the level of service required, the approximate auction range, and to properly advertise your auction.
A+ Plus auction service will arrange, layout, and place all advertising in the proper mediums and locations to insure a good turn-out on auction day. As an added value to you, we can include color photo's and a printable location map with your listing on our popular Internet Website. (requires adequate advance notice)
We utilize our large local, regional and national emailing data base of special interest auction-goers who really love to buy.
When clients choose to do their own pre-auction set-up preparation, we provide a guide of recommendations that when followed will make the goods more marketable. Thus, both saving you money and making you more money. The use of this guide has brought in extra hundreds of dollars on some individual items.
A+ Plus auction service can provide up to 475 sq. ft. of table tops to display your items to maximize their interest and appeal. We can provide several locking security showcases for small and valuable items. We can provide highly visible auction signs where permitted, to direct additional traffic to your sale site.
Once the Auction commences the service will include the Auctioneer, the Clerking and Cashiering, and a Sale Coordinator. The appropriate registration and clerking forms, and bid cards. We also include the banking. After the auction, you will receive a check.
Our service will provide a portable P.A. system for the Auctioneer, so that everyone can hear the terms, descriptions, and the prices no matter how large the crowd is.
We can direct your help to set up the auction. When necessary, we can employ on your behalf, professional assistance to fit your individual set-up requirements. This help is experienced in moving, handling, pre-auction and day of auction and auction set-ups. (requires adequate advance notice)
We can also arrange to have a professional lunch service to provide coffee, sandwiches, snacks, and refreshments, to accommodate auction patrons. (requires advance notice).
When restrooms are not available, we can arrange for an optional port-a-pot to be delivered and picked up after the auction. (This requires a fee)
